Ingredients
24 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms, finely minced
1 green bell pepper, minced
1⁄2 medium onion, minced
1 large russet potato, peeled and diced into 1⁄4 cubes
Siete Mild Taco Seasoning
Siete Grain Free Taco Shells
Directions

1. Warm up olive oil in large sauté pan or Dutch oven over medium heat

 

2. Sauté onions, bell pepper, potatoes, until potatoes have softened. Add minced mushrooms and continue cooking, stirring often, until mushrooms have softened

 

3. Add 1 pouch of Spicy or Mild Siete Taco Seasoning along with 1/3 cup water. Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring often, until thickened

 

4. Serve with pre-crisped Siete Grain Free Taco Shells, and toppings for garnish. We recommend romaine lettuce, tomatoes!
